Passed peacefully at Palliative Care on Monday, December 15, 2014, of Harold Flynn of Mermaid, age 62 years.
He is survived by his wife, Ilene (nee Bovyer), and his loving children, Joey MacKinnon (Sue), Steven Flynn (Tracey), Stephanie Flynn, Amanda Quinn (Bill) and Jeremy Howatt (Kourtney). Harold will also be remembered by his 18 grandchildren, brothers - Art (Nancy), Sterling, John (Donna), Bernie (Tracey); sisters - Irene Gregory, Marion Weeks (Ray), Imelda Murnaghan (Mike), Pattie Beer (Chris) and brother-in-law - Tommy Scully.
He was predeceased by his parents - Francis and Marion (nee Dunn) Flynn; daughter - Jamie; brother - John; sister - Sandy; and brother-in-law - Eddie Gregory.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, where family will receive friends and acquaintances Thursday, December 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held Friday, December 19 at St. Pius X Church, Charlottetown at 1 p.m. with interment to follow at the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations made to Palliative Care would be appreciated.
