VEINOT-LeBLANC, IRIS M. D. - Iris M. D. Veinot-LeBlanc, 53, of Memramcook, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, December 29, 2014. Born in Bancroft, ON, she was the daughter of Mervyn Veinot of Miramichi and the late Rejeanne (Doucet) Veinot. Iris was a self-employed caregiver. She loved gardening, travelling, reading, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. Iris will be sadly missed by her husband, Maurice LeBlanc; son, Jamie LeBlanc (April) of Edmonton, AB; precious granddaughter, Miah LeBlanc; stepdaughter, Heather LeBlanc of Bathurst and stepson, Jason LeBlanc of Kelowna, BC; sisters, Linda Veinot-Steeves (Phil) and Loreen Veinot, both of Moncton; three nephews; several extended family members and her canine companions, Diesel and Nyla.
In keeping with Iris’s wishes, there will be no visitation hours. A private family funeral will be held. Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) in care of arrangements.
