DOW, ORA BANKS - We are saddened to announce the passing of Ora B. Dow, age 80 of Fredericton, on December 30, 2014 at the White Rapids Manor, Fredericton Jct., NB. Born in Woodstock, NB, he was a son of the late Talmadge and Elizabeth (Pawsey) Dow and husband of the late Audrey (Folkins) Dow. Ora was a retired driver for Karnes and Eastern Bakeries. He loved playing cards, an avid outdoorsman, camping and mostly socializing with family and friends. He is survived by his son Rick Dow; sister Mary Priddle (Gary); brothers Jack Dow (Pat) and Tim Dow (Kim); several nieces and nephews.
Following cremation and honoring his wishes, a private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Meductic Cemetery. For those who wish memorials to the Diabetic Association, SPCA, or NB Heart and Stroke would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to thank the Doctor, Nurses, Staff of White Rapids Manor for their excellent care and love shown to Ora during his time with them.
