FRIARS, MURIEL - Miss Muriel Gladys Friars of Primrose Cottage Lower Millstream passed on January 10, 2015 at the age of 96. Born in Sussex she was the daughter of the late Simon and Eliza Friars. She retired from Sussex Cheese and Butter and was a member of Sussex Baptist Church, a former member of the Fidelity Class, 55+, the Phythian Sisters, the Women’s Institute (KV) and the Naturalist Club.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). In honour of Muriel’s request, no visitation will be held. A service celebrating her life will be held from Sussex Baptist Church on Tuesday, January 13th at 2:00pm. The interment will take place in Kirk Hill Cemetery in the spring.
