It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Harold “Hal” Patterson Keir, beloved husband, father and grandfather, on Sunday, January 11th, 2015 at the age of 90 years with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his parents; 1 sister; 5 brothers; and daughter, Brenda Waldenberg. Hal will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 32 years, Alice; daughter, Michelle (Daryl) DesRochers; stepchildren: Patricia Munroe (Dave Pshyk), Cheryl Chow and Doug (Dianne) Munroe; 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Grace Keir, Angela Keir, Doris Hooey and Shirley Abrams; as well as numerous other relatives. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 16th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home. Pastor Marvin Seaborg will officiate and interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Legion Rites will be conducted by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #59. Flowers are gratefully declined.
