STAFFORD, JAMES EDWARD - With profound sadness the family announces the sudden and unexpected passing James Edward Stafford on Sunday, January 11, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Jim was known for his quick wit; colourful language by times and amazing story telling abilities; he had a talent for gardening; enjoyed hunting and fishing. He will be remembered for providing for many family and friends over the years and being a strong and caring man who will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him. I was blessed with the honour of calling him, “Dad”. Jim is survived by his only daughter, Janet and son-in-law, Ron; grand-kitten Mittens; sister-in-law, Berndetta; several nieces and nephews; special nephew, Edward who was like a son to him. He was predeceased by his wife, Bertie (the love of his life); parents, Gertrude and Herman; brother, Harvey; sisters, Elberta and infant Nina; special Aunt, Thelma Pieroway.
