GOULD, LORRAINE - Lorraine Gould, 76, of the Villa Providence Shediac and formally of Alphonse Street passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at the Villa following a lengthy Illness. Born in Shediac on October 3rd, 1938, she was the daughter of late Dismas LeBlanc and Premelia McGraw. She was a retired school teacher for 35 years with the former school District 13. She taught at MFB and at SCM schools. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 55 years, Roy; by daughter Karen (Joey Manuel) Gould of Shediac; son Stephen (Nicole) Gould of Moncton; three sisters: Matilda (Peter), Yvette (Albert), Adèle (Reginald), two brothers: Yvon (Ghislaine), Dismas Jr.; two grandchildren: Alyssa, Nathalie; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two brothers: Roger and Denis.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main St, Shediac. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 17th at 10:30am. Visitation will be Friday, January 16th from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm and on Saturday from 9:30 until time of departure. Inurnment will be in the Frenette Funeral Center Columbarium, Shediac. In memory of Lorraine, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Associations would be greatly appreciated.
