On January 14, 2015, Theresa Ellen Coggeshall Christensen, age 61, died peacefully at home with her family - mother, Margaret; husband, Tim; and children, Sarah, Leif (Tara & Maya) and Thor.
Theresa was born in Norfolk, Virginia, February 17, 1953, and has lived on Prince Edward Island for 30 years. Theresa operated Duck Pond Kindergarten for 13 years and was greatly involved in and loved by her local community.
Theresa is survived by her sister, Juanita Decker; her brothers, Norman (Nancy) and Ronald (Karen); cousins, nieces and nephews and aunt, Patricia Frederick. She was predeceased by her father, Roy Coggeshall.
Theresa's life and strong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ touched and influenced many people.
Resting at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with visitation on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The celebration of Theresa's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, January 17, 2015, at 1 p.m. Interment to take place in Acorn Cemetery, Dundas.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Emmanuel Bible Camp or Souris Home Care Team would be greatly appreciated.
