Passed peacefully Thursday, January 14, 2015 at Atlantic Baptist Home of Merlin (Merly Gus) McDonald of Charlottetown, formerly of Morell, age 77 years.
Loving father of Merlin McDonald (Tammy), Doris Foertsch (Paul) and Robert McDonald. He will also be remembered by his numerous grandchildren; brothers, Ray McDonald, Skip McDonald (Katherine); sisters, Bonnie Crichton and Mary Gailbaulat (Len).
Merlin was predeceased by his common-law partner - Linda Hill; parents - Augustine and Maygus McDonald (nee Phelan); 6 brothers and 5 sisters.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation Monday, January 19, 2015 from 4-7 p.m.
