At the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 of N. Diane Evans of Central Bedeque, aged 69 years.
Born in Summerside on July 30, 1945, daughter of the late Douglas and Anna (Caseley) MacMurdo.
Wife of C. Kevin "Joe" Evans. Mother of Gregg (Pam) Evans, St. Albert, AB and Robin-Rae Evans, Vancouver, B.C. Grandmother of Kerri (Craig) Tarry, Hemel Hempstead, England and Scott Hartman, Edmonton, AB. Sister of Norma (Shane) Hanlan, Summerfield; Joy MacMurdo (John Mark Arsenault), Wilmot Valley; and Douglas (Patricia) MacMurdo, Sumerside. Sister-in-law of Murray (Christine) MacDonald, Langley, B.C.; Ida (Albert) Osmond, Port aux Basques, NL; David (Elizabeth) Evans, Codroy, NL; Wayne (Lucy) Evans, Corner Brook, NL. Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her sister, Linda MacDonald.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Friday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Saturday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment in the North Bedeque Cemetery.
