It is with great sadness the family of the late Churchill Madore announce his passing on Friday, January 16, 2015 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL at the age of 74 years. He will be forever remembered, loved and missed by his wife Sarah; sons: Sheldon (Cheryl) Madore, Corwyn (Sally) Madore; grandchildren: Kayla Madore, James Churchill Madore, Chase Churchill Madore; great-grandson Kason Madore; brothers: Calvin (Eva), Fred (Patsy), Aubrey (Mary); sisters: Ethel McGrath, Bell Critchley, Rose Brown, Geraldine Fall, Marina Shears, Irean (Doug) Payne, Margaret Shears, Marley (Raymond) French and a large circle of nieces, nephews other family and friends. Churchill is predeceased by his parents Royal & Ettie Madore; brothers: Warren, Leon, and Austin. Visitation will take place at St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, Jeffrey’s on Saturday, January 17th from 7 - 9 p.m. and Sunday, January 18th from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.with Father Nick Griffith officiating. Interment will follow the service in the Anglican Cemetery, Jeffrey’s. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice.
