Evans, Catherine Josephine “Josie”, 90 of Cedarstone Enhanced Care, Truro, and formerly of Stellarton, passed away Jan. 17, 2015 at Cedarstone.
Born in Reserve Mines, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Jesse (MacMullen) Lennon.
She is survived by sons Bobby Evans (Lillian); Barry Evans; John Richard Evans; a daughter Cheryl Marie (Gord) Madsen; 9 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a sister Marie; a brother Robin.
She was predeceased by her husband Robert W. Evans; brothers John, Buddy; and a sister Bernice.
Cremation to take place.
A private service and burial will be held at a later date.
No flowers by request. Donations in memory of Josie may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
