Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Sunday, January 18, 2015, Jean Janes of Harbour Grace, age 95 years. Predeceased by husband: E. LeRoy; parents: Edward and Ethel Sheppard; sisters: Hazel and Helen; brothers: Leonard M., Frank and William. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Pamela (Keith) Matthews, Harbour Grace; one son: Karl (Judith) Janes, Harbour Grace; four grandchildren: Laura (Doug) Reid, Kenneth (Ashley) Janes, Sara Matthews and Erin Matthews; five great-grandchildren: Kaitlin, Olivia, Kellen, Ethan and Nicholas; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace on Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
