VAUTOUR, ANNETTE (DOUCET) - 1935-2015 - SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB - Annette Vautour 79, of Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Villa Maria, Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Wednesday, January 21, 2015. Born in Aldouane, she was the daughter of the late Jean Doucet and late Marie (Chevarie) Doucet. Before retiring, Annette was employed at various fish factories for over 25 years and she also devoted her time to babysitting children. She loved to play cards, listen to music and she especially loved spending time with her family, friends and children. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Viola Doucet of Richibucto, Lise Richard (Rhéal) of St. Antoine, Linda Hébert (Bobby) of Saint-Louis; five grandchildren, Troy, Bianca, Adam, Joannie and Jolain. Annette is also survived by three sisters, Jeanne Vautour (Alcide) of Saint-Louis, Grace Whitton (friend Timmy Cormier) of Rexton, Claudine Cook (David) of Redmondville; three brothers, Fred Doucet (Laudia) of Richibucto, Edgar Doucet (Julie) of Richibucto, Vincent Doucet (Laurette) of Aldouane and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, O'Neil Vautour; two infant sisters and three infant brothers.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent with visitation on Thursday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm, Friday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Louis-de-Kent. Interment will be held at a later date.
