We the family of the late Gerald Rumbolt of Corner Brook would like to thank everyone who helped in any way to alleviate the sorrow caused by the passing of a loving husband, father and grandfather.

Thanks to Marilyn Avery for conducting the service and her kind words of encouragement. Thank you to Emily bolt for her beautiful rendition of Geralds favorite hymns and to Paul Rumbolt for the fitting tribute and singing Geralds “signature” song “Paper Rosie”. I’m sure he was smiling down on you. He would be so proud.

Thank you to the pallbearers Al, Dave and Paul Rumbolt, Gerry and Wilf Guy and Mike Peckford, a good family friend. To all those who sent flowers, emails, cards, food and made donations in his memory, a big thank you.

To the nursing staff of 3A and ICU, thank you for making his stay as comfortable as possible. To Dr. Garanie and Dr. Peter Callahan who cared for Gerald over the past several years, thank you.

And last a special thank you to Country Haven Funeral Home for their kindness, compassion and professionalism. Your kindness will remain with us always.
