January 25, 1940 - January 21, 2015 Passed peacefully away after a brief illness at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital in his 75th year Edward Patrick Terry of Avondale. Predeceased by his parents Peter Joseph Terry (Sr.), Mary F. Terry, brothers William Terry, Peter Terry (Jr.), sister Veronica Moore (nee Terry). Leaving to mourn his loving son Terry (Dawn), 2 very loving sisters, Bride C. Terry, Judy A. Terry, also a large number of nieces and nephews; 3 special buds, Raymond, Dennis and Kevin; 3 special friends, Kevin (Mary) Keels and family, Dave (Pat) Nolan and family, Gerald (Marion) Costigan & family, also a large circle of relatives and friends and 1 very special little girl that he loved with all his heart, Angel (Sam Ram). Visitation for family will take place on January 24, 2015 from 7-9pm and public visitation will take place on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 2-9pm at Hickey's Funeral Home in Holy Rood. Funeral will take place on Monday, January 26 at 10:30am at the Church of Assumption in Avondale, NL, Christian burial to follow at the R.C. Assumption cemetery in Avondale. Donations can be made in his memory to the heart and stroke foundation or to the SPCA. May he rest safely in the arms of Jesus Christ, Amen. Always remembered and never forgotten. Til we meet again.
