LEBLANC, HERVÉ - Hervé LeBlanc, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at the age of 93.
Born in Lakeburn, NB, he was the son of the late Aimé and Elise (Bastarache) LeBlanc. Hervé is survived and will be greatly missed by his son Roger (Yvette), sister Florence Donkin (late Ralph), granddaughter Sacha, grandson Serge (Jolyne), great granddaughter Emily and by his special friend Mary LeBlanc , as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Hervé was predeceased by his wife Irene, brother Emile, and his sister Jeannette. Hervé was a proud Veteran, having earned The France and Germany Star, and The Canadian Volunteer Service Medal.
A memorial service celebrating Hervé’s life will be held at Notre Dame de la Paix, 87 Murphy Avenue, Moncton, NB, on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 11:00 am . The family would like to thank Dr. Corey Burton and Dr. Veronique Roux for their Professionalism , The Palliative Unit at The Moncton Hospital and the Manoir Notre Dame for the outstanding care he received. Flowers gratefully declined in favor of donations to the CNIB and The Canadian Kidney Foundation.
