ATTOE, JOHN
John Charles Frederick Attoe of Fox Hill passed away at the Great Oaks Special Care Home on January 24, 2015 at the age of 88.
John is survived by Edith his beloved wife of over 55 years, his sons Walter Attoe and Eliane Ouellette of Oak Bay, Philip Attoe and Betty Gilmar of Ingersoll,ON, Paul Attoe of Moncton, his daughter Faith and Mark Jenkins of Sussex Corner; two brothers: Alfred and Velma Attoe, Herb Attoe and his sister, Alice Vincent all of Erb Settlement; seven grandchildren: Samantha Attoe and Chris Plouffe, Danielle and Taylor Micacchi, Sarah and Matthew Melnyk, Vanessa and Steven Leland, Kathleen and Mikhail Moore, Ryan Jenkins and Marquel Jenkins; six great-grandchildren: Easton, Everleigh, Luke, Nathaniel, Elisabeth, Miriam Eva; as well as by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28th 2015 from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm. A service celebrating Mr. Attoe’s life will be held from Sussex Wesleyan Church on Thursday, January 29th, 2015 at 2:00pm.
