Florence A. Barron, 84, formerly of Moncton, passed away peacefully at the Drew Nursing Home, Sackville, N.B. on Saturday, January 31, 2015. Born in Southampton, N.S., she was a daughter of the late Carman and Bertha (West) Bird.
Florence will be sadly missed by her children Jim Henwood (Wendy) of Amherst, Richard and Rheese, Ottawa, Wesley, Moncton and Peggy (Roger Parker) of Nanaimo, B.C., plus five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one sister, Mildred MacAulay of Edmonton, AB, one brother, Douglas Bird (Barbara) of Lakefield, Ontario and several nieces and nephews.
Besides he parents, Florence was predeceased by her first husband, Harold Henwood, second husband, Allan Barron, brothers Kenneth, Ralph, Leon, George and Edward and sister, Dorothy Brown.
At her request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held at a later date.
