MacDONALD, WILLIAM "BILL" JOHN
1944 - 2015
Bill went to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on January 28, 2015. He was the husband of Elizabeth (Best) MacDonald. Born in Nashwaak Bridge, he was the son of the late Arthur and Gertrude (MacLaggan) MacDonald.
He is survived by his sister, Geraldine Robbins (Spurgeon) of Summerside, PE; his brother, Douglas MacDonald (Barb) of Stanley, NB; brother-in-law, Charles Crain of Bath, NB and sister-in-law, Beverley Plume (Phillip) of Fredericton, NB. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Ardith Crain. Bill loved all of his nieces and nephews and was “Uncle Bill” to a lot of friends.
In keeping with Bill’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A Memorial Service will be held from South Portage Baptist Bible Church, Route 8 Highway, on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 11 am with Pastor Pat McAloon and Rev. Ed Sealy officiating. Interment will take place in Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the South Portage Baptist Bible Church or Gideon Memorial Bible Plan.
