SHORT, LESLIE HERBERT
Mr. Leslie Herbert Short passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at Bobby’s Hospice on February 4, 2015.
Born in Nerepis, NB he was a son of the late Herbert M. and Dora R. (Chittick) Short. Les retired from Moosehead Breweries in 2000.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Muriel Fay Short (Mason); two sons Tony Short (Teresa) of Moncton, Gary Short (Cathy) of Saint John; one daughter Tanya Belyea (Thomas) of Glenwood; his sister Janet Clayton (late Robert) of St. Martins. Also survived by seven grandchildren, a great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Saturday, February 7, 2015 at The Church of The Resurrection, River Valley Dr. (Just past the Irving) Grand Bay-Westfield, from 10 to 11am followed by Service at 11:00 am with Rev. Michael Caines officiating. A reception will follow at the Resurrection Church Hall.
In lieu of flowers donations made to Bobby’s Hospice or the Church of the Resurrection would be greatly appreciated by the family.
