MCCLUSKEY, JOAN MIRIAM
It is with great sadness that the family of Joan Miriam McCluskey announces her passing on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Detroit, Michigan in 1931, Joan was raised in Elmsdale, PEI, the daughter of the late Ronald and Gertrude McKenna.

Joan will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 53 years, Bernie McCluskey; her children, Patrick (Marlene), Paula (Ernie), Michael (Denise); grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Richard and Kaitlin. Joan also leaves to mourn two sisters, Norma and Catherine; a brother, Dale (Eileen); many nieces and nephews and dear cousin, Florence Ann. She was predeceased by one sister, Aileen.

To know Joan was a blessing, to be loved by her was the greatest gift. She was a gentle woman, loved by all.

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at The Moncton Hospital CCU Unit, especially LeAnne, Maureen, Bonnie, Vickie and Dr. Shwiri.

Funeral Mass at Holy Family Roman Catholic Church, 52 Falkland St., on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 11:00 am with Rev. Charles Broderick officiating. Reception in the Parish Hall following the service.
