Peacefully at QE Halifax Infirmary February 16, 2015, Michael Scale passed away, aged 72 years, beloved husband of Mary. Mike was born in Toronto, ON., January 5, 1943, son of the late Joseph and Angela (Bruzzese) Scale. Mike and Mary retired to P.E.I. in 2010 where Mike enjoyed photography in his leisure time. He will be missed by wife Mary, daughter Lisa (Derrick) Allday, grandchildren Madison, Braedon and Ashlyn and his very close friends Dan and Jan Moulaison. He will also be missed by his two furry buddies Cujo and Chloe. Survived by sisters Rose, Adelaine and Carol, brother Alfred (Dorothy), brothers-in-law Joseph Steenson and Peter (Kim) Steenson as well as many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister Claudia and brother Nick. Resting at Ferguson Funeral Home and Chapel, O'Leary, for visiting hours Saturday, Feb. 21, from 1 p.m. until the time of the service in the chapel at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
