Kay Taylor-Halldorson, also known as Kate or Katherine, formerly of Prince Albert and Foam Lake, Saskatchewan, passed away in the presence of family on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the age of 85 years.

Kay is survived by her children Charles Taylor (Janet Ballantyne), Drew Taylor (Gail Owen), Ross Taylor (Connie Abrey), and Pam Taylor-Bailey (Kent Bailey), all of Calgary, and Brent Taylor (Gillian Channen) of Barrie, Ontario. Kay will be sadly missed by her loving grandchildren David, Sean, Daniel, Jocelyn, Gillian, Meredith and Fiona Taylor, and Jackson, Molly, and Wyatt Bailey, and her special great-grandson Jayden Kendall. Deeply mourning Kay are her brothers Abraham Peirson and Fred (Gayle) Peirson, and sisters Olga (Joe) Barteski, Lucy Michaud, Jessie Morris, and Margaret (Bud Olsen) Peirson. Kay will be also forever fondly remembered by her step-children, Jake (Frances) Halldorson, Norm (Elsie) Halldorson, and Noreen (Terry) Markusson and all their loving children and grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her first husband William “Bill” Taylor of Prince Albert, her second husband, Konrad “Kon” Halldorson of Foam Lake, her son Edward, her parents Robert and Anna Peirson, sisters Barbara and Martha, and her brothers Robert and Herman.
