The death occurred at his late residence, on Thursday, February 19, 2015, of Joseph Leslie Chaisson, of Summerside, aged 67 years. Born in St. Edwards, he was the son of the late Alyre and Sarah (Gaudet) Chaisson. Survived by his wife Pamela (MacLean) Chaisson; daughter Sarah McGuire; son Nicholas Chaisson; grandson Tyler Lanigan; brothers and sisters Emily (Harry) McCoubrey, Roger (Lillian) Chaisson, Jean (Patrick) Doucette, Dolores (Major) Grady, Betty (Allan) Martin, Anna (Sam) Smith, Ronnie Chaisson, Lionel Chaisson (Charlene Smith); and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Jimmy and Raymond; Joseph and Leo, in infancy; and by a sister-in-law Linda Chaisson. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Wednesday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, for funeral mass at 3:00 p.m. Interment later in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside.
