Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Monday, February 23, 2015, Olive Blundon of George‘s Brook, aged 82 years. Predeceased by her husband Fred, daughter Darlene, sons Edward, David, parents Edward & Johanna Stanley, brother Verdun (Ida) Stanley, sisters Flora Ivany (Joshua), Ruth Bailey, sister-in-law Inez Stanley. Left with fond and loving memories her daughter Elsie Vey (Bruce), of George’s Brook, son-in-law Doug Stanley of Clarenville, grandchildren; Debbie Rideout (Corey), Edward Vey, Jessica Vey, and great grandson Brady Strong, sister Dulcie Ploughman (Austin) of George’s Brook, brothers Walter Stanley of George’s Brook, Elim Stanley (Marion) of George’s Brook, brother-in-law Ben Bailey (Alma) of George’s Brook and a large circle of family and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service was held 2 P.M. on Friday, February 27, 2015 from Pentecostal Church, George’s Brook with interment at the Milton-George’s Brook Cemetery, Milton-George‘s Brook.
