AUBIN, VELMA LOUISE "FE"
1956 - 2015
Velma L. Aubin, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at her residence. Born in Fredericton Junction, NB on February 5, 1956, she is the daughter of Fernand Aubin and the late Velma (Cameron) Aubin.
“Fe” as she was known to all, was a fun loving free spirit who loved nature and the outdoors. She really enjoyed fishing in little “backwoods” rivers and streams and especially liked to go for a drive with her music pumping. She worked as a machine operator for TS Simms for more than 25 years, until her health issues in the early 90’s forced her into retirement.
Fe is survived by her brothers Gary Raeburn and Jeff Aubin (Shirl); sisters Florence Littlefield (Norman), Brenda Raeburn (Dave), Esther Kingston (Kenny), Rhonda Aubin (Clare) and Judy Bartlett; her very best friend of more than 40 years, Carol Legere; her kitties Jay Jay and Sissy and several extended family members and friends.
Fe was predeceased by her mother Velma; brother Rodney and sister Harriet.
Arrangements under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation Sunday from 2 to 8 pm. The funeral service will be held Monday, March 2, 2015 from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel at 10 am. Interment will be held at a later date.
