LEBLANC, ALCIDE
Alcide LeBlanc, 76, of Cap Pelé passes away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on Sunday March 01, 2015. Born in Cap-Pelé on April 27, 1938, he was the son of the late Auguste LeBlanc and Yvonne Babineau.
Before his retirement, he was a heavy equipment operator with various local companies. He was a member of the Cap-Pelé Golden Age Club. He loved playing cards and darts.
He will be sadly missed by his special friend: Léontine LeBlanc; three sons: Russel (Peter), Patrice (Sophie), Sylvio (Lynn); one brother: Laurie; five sisters: Élise, Dolorès, Émilienne, Andréa, Léonie; four grandchildren: Chloé, Luca, Fabien, Renelle.
He was predeceased by his spouse Claudine Cormier (1992) and four brothers: Léonce, Alphérie, Aldérice and Gérard.
The funeral mass will be celebrated Friday March 6th, 2015 at 10:30 am at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Roman Catholic Church, 2648 chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé. The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funuarium Centre, 2646 chemin Acadie, Cap-Pelé on Thursday only March 5th, 2015 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm.
In memory of Alcide, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
Funeral and cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297).
