July 11, 1928 – March 1, 2015
Elaine passed away at Grasslands Health Centre on March 1, 2015 at the age of 86. Elaine was predeceased by her husband Everette in 2002, brothers Allan and Raymond, sister Ruth, daughter-in-law Mary, great-grandson Cayden, as well as 6 brothers-in-law and 4 sisters-in-law. She is survived by three children: Blake (Colleen) – Cochrane, AB; Barton (Verna) – Salina, Kansas; and Colleen (Colin) – Rockglen; 2 sisters-in-law; 13 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. The Memorial Service will be held at W.J. Jones & Son Chapel on Thursday March 12, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Della Ferguson will officiate. Memorial donations, for those so wishing, may be made to the Rockglen Community Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship Fund, would be appreciated.
