WATKIN, MARY
It is with deep sadness that we must announce the passing of Mary Teresa Watkin, age 73, of Sackville, NB. Mary passed away unexpectedly at the Sackville Memorial Hospital on Thursday, March 5, 2015. Born in St. John's, NL, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Mary (Moore) Fleming.
Mary was known as "The Little One At The Hospital", having been Food Services Manager there for many years. She attended St. Vincent's Roman Catholic Church.
She will be sadly missed her husband Rick Watkin, Sackville, NB; daughters Michelle (Danny) Bulmer, Sackville, NB, Carolann (Eric) Allen, Fall River, NS; Grandchildren Danielle Bulmer, Denice (Greg) Aubey, Garrett Allen; one Great Grandchild Ethan Aubey; sisters Geraldine (Fred) Miller, St. John's, NL and Agnes Paisley, Greenwood, NS.
She was predeceased by brothers Edward and Samuel, sister Gertrude Martin.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge St., Sackville, NB (506-364-1300) where visiting hours will take place on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm, and again on Monday from 10 am until the departure to the church. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 11 am at St. Vincen't Roman Catholic Church, Sackville, Father Allison Carroll officiating. Burial will take place in Fair Haven Memorial Garden, Moncton.
