At the Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Saturday, March 7, 2015, of Sarah (Sadie) C. Thompson-Andrew, formerly of St. Eleanors and Long River, aged 97 years.
Born in Sherbrooke on December 20, 1917, daughter of the late Leonard and Eva (Yeo) Pickering.
Wife of the late Ralph N. Thompson and the late Benjamin Andrew. Mother of Donald Thompson, Margate; Ronald (Kay) Thompson, Summerside; and Pauline (Lloyd) Muttart, Borden-Carleton. Grandmother of Traci Thompson, Glenn Thompson (Lisa Williams), Brett (Tanya) Thompson, Charmaine Thompson, Lori (Patrick) Eggert, Stephen (Rebecca) Muttart, Ryan Muttart and Jeremy Muttart, and 12 great-grandchildren. Sister of Ethel Yeo, Summerside. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son, Lawrence R. (Larry) Thompson, and daughter-in-law, Valerie Thompson.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Thursday from 6:30-9 p.m. Funeral Friday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Interment later in Geddie Memorial Cemetery, Spring Brook.
