The death occurred peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 of Doris Jacqueline Matheson of Iris. Age 85.
Beloved wife of the late Donald Willliam Matheson. Loving mother of Donnie, Marlene (Jamie) and Joyce (Elwyn). Loving grandmother of Lesley, Wendall, Devin, Felicia and families. Loving great-grandmother of Josh, Alex, Nicholas and special Nannie to Janessa. Loving great-great-grandmother to Jace. Survived by brothers, Keith and Wayne (Thelma) Bell. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Special Gram to a lot of young people.
Predeceased by parents, Neil and Annie Florence (Compton) Bell; son, Blair; grandson, Shane; sister, Audrey; and brothers, Lorin (Miriam) and Angus Bell.
Resting at Southern Kings & Queens Funeral Home, Murray River, for visitation on Friday, March 13, from 6-9 p.m. Funeral from the funeral home chapel on Saturday, March 14, at 2 .pm. (PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN DATE OF FUNERAL). Interment later in Caledonia Cemetery.
