It is with great sadness that the family of the late Henry Charles Scott announce his passing at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility on Saturday March 14, 2015 at the age of 86 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 53 years Edith; daughters: Dorothy (Shawn), Beverly (Tony); sons: George (Darleen), Darrell (Sandra), Craig (Jo-Ann), Wayne; 9 grandchildren: Amanda (Aaron), Shane, Bradley, Jesse, Jenna, Sarah, Daniel, Joshua, Jordan; 3 great grandchildren: Cameron, Riley, Logan, sister Annie Whysol, also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parent's lambert and Annie Scott; sisters: Dorothy, May; brothers: Ralph, George, Arch, Cecil, Freeman and Sam. Friends may visit Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Sunday between 7-9 p.m. and on Monday between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place from the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday March 17, 2015 at 2 p.m. officiated by the Very Reverend Baxter Park with interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made in Henry's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
