Peacefully at the Kings County Memorial Hospital, with his daughter by his side, the passing of Carman Vincent Penny, age 77, of Montague, formerly of Murray Harbour, occurred on Thursday, March 19, 2015.
Born in Guernsey Cove, P.E.I., on November 11, 1937, he was the son of the late Wallace and Bessie (LeLacheur) Penny.
Carman is survived by his loving daughter, Kara-Lee Penny; cherished grandchildren, Kayla Howe, Christian Howe, C.J. Bowlan and several cousins. He was predeceased by a son, Darren.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, from where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Visiting hours will be on Monday, from 6 to 9 p.m. Interment to take place at a later date in the Murray Harbour Cemetery.
