Dear mother of Anne Gairns (Wayne), Jim, Ronnie (Cindy), Danny (Pam), Brian (Kathy), Janet Carmichael (Peter), Joan Carragher (Michael Montgomery) and Janice Carragher-Doyle (Doug). Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Tracey and Gregory Gairns, Rianne, Kati and Ellen Carragher, Mark and Scott Carragher, Courtney Carragher, Maggie, Louis and Estelle Carmichael, Charlotte and Emma Montgomery, Maria and Jane Doyle. Great-grandmother to Cole, Evelyn, Stella, Griffin, Grady and Jeremiah. Sister-in-law of Ida Tierney, Josephine Tierney and Eleanor Tierney, Frank Carragher (Edith, deceased), Marie Carragher (Leo), Ralph Carragher (Mary), Betty Carragher (Gerald, deceased) and George Carragher (Patsy).
Predeceased by her parents, Augustine and Bertha (Murray) Tierney; by her brothers, James (Dorothy), Louis, Joseph and Gerald; by her sister-in-law, Helen Keefe (Leslie); and by her brother-in-law, Eugene Carragher (Rita).
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Tuesday at 9:20 a.m., then to St. Anne's Church, Emyvale, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment later in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
Visitation Monday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
