The death occurred suddenly as the result of a car accident on Monday, March 23, 2015 of Charles Percy Fraser, Charlottetown, age 67 years.
Loving husband and best friend of Judy (nee Hambly) and father of Tracey Carey (Murray), Trevor (Sarah) and Tanya Payne (Steve). Loving Grampie to Ariannah, Amy, Charlie, Anna and Emma. Murray, Jordon and Victoria were also proud to call Percy their Grampie. Brother of Velda Taylor (Dr. Don Taylor, deceased) and Garth Fraser (Sue). Son-in-law of Eileen Hambly; brother-in-law of Donna Carr (Gordon), Karen Jones (Ron), Janice Beaton (David) and Rod Hambly (Lana). Lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home for cremation, followed by a service of remembrance to be held at Park Royal United Church on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. No visiting hours by personal request. Flowers gratefully declined.
