RICHARD, EDNA

Edna Richard, 83, of Villa du Repos, Moncton and formerly of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Saturday, April 4th, 2015, at her residence.
Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Irenée and the late Nathalie (née: LeBlanc) LeBlanc.
Mrs. Richard was a homemaker and a member of Saint-Anselme parish.
She is survived by four daughters: Anne (Albert) Blanchette of Dieppe, Annette (Eric) Gallant of Moncton, Nancy (Roland) Gauvin of Dieppe and Denise Richard (Donald) of Moncton; five sons: Paul (Regina) of Coventry, Conn, Normand (Joanne) of Dieppe, Maurice (Victoria) of Dieppe, Roger (Joanne) of Moncton and Marcel (Tonya) of Moncton; one brother, Roger LeBlanc of Moncton; 10 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gerard in 1987; two sisters: Lorraine and Dorilla; three brothers: Oscar, Edgar and Neri; and also by one granddaughter.
Visitation will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint-Anselme Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB, on Wednesday, April 8th, 2015 at 11 am.
Interment in Saint-Anselme parish Cemetery, Dieppe NB.
Donations to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
