WARREN, PATRICK "PAT" J.
It is with heavy hearts that we lost Patrick John Warren at the age of 64 on Sunday, April 5, 2015 at The Moncton Hospital.
Leaving behind his partner of 44 years, Joyce (Fry) Greening and family; sister, Clair (Lawrence) and family and sister, Sally Warren; brother, Pat Humphries (Sharon) and their daughter, Lesley. He will also be sadly missed by his Canadian National Railway family.
Pat was predeceased by his parents, Fred and Mary (Casserly) Warren; brother, Albert.
Pat was employed with Canadian National Railway with over 40 years’ service (Track Maintenance), at CNR Moncton. Pat started with CNR on May 24, 1971 in Badger, NL as a labourer with Production. The following year, he was awarded a position as Track Maintenance in Badger. Pat then relocated from Newfoundland to Moncton in 1992 as a Track Maintainer. He was a team player, with a positive, upbeat attitude, both on and off the worksite.
The family would like to thank, from the bottoms of their hearts, his Canadian National Railway Family and the doctors and nurses at the Moncton Hospital for the care and compassion given to Pat and his family.
In honoring Pat’s wishes, there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) in care of arrangements.
In Pat’s memory, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Friends of The Moncton Hospital (Palliative Care Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
