LINCOLN: Randy Donald age 61 of Swift Current, SK passed away on March 25, 2015 at the Cypress Regional Hospital. The Celebration of Life Service was held at 2:50 p.m. on Monday March 30, 2015 from the Hodgeville Community Hall with Pastor Dion Grimm officiating. Music was provided by Patrick Estabrooks. The Interment Service was held at the Hodgeville Community Cemetery and the honorary pallbearers were "the neighbours". Randy is survived by his wife Bernice Lincoln; mother Irene Lincoln; his children Jolene (Murray Marten) Reimer and their children Kelly, Brandon, Cheyanne, Cole, and Hunter, Angela (Chris) Grainger and their children Jada and Sydney, Shane (Rebecca) Lincoln and their children Shay, Aubrey, and Jesse; sisters Gloria (Jim) Stubbins, Kathy (Blair) Dyck and Lorna (Wade) Silver; and numerous nieces, nephews and family. He is predeceased by his father Donald Lincoln; parents-in-law Jake and Eva Peters; sister-in-law Florence Miller; brother-in-law Ronald Miller; cousin Curtis Schwarts; uncle Lloyd Lincoln; as well as extended family and friends. Randy attended Walsh Valley School for three years and his remaining school years in Hodgeville. On July 21, 1973 he was united in marriage to Bernice Peters in the Shamrock United Church. Randy was employed by the Herbert School Division, Chinook School Division and Element Technical Services. Over the years Randy was a member of Hodgeville Elks Club, the Kinsmen, the Royal Canadian Legion, Boy Scouts, and was a Bronco Season Ticket Holder. Randy had many interests which included farming, ranching, rodeos, music, hockey, baseball, coaching, fishing, camping, horseback riding, socializing with friends, and coaching hockey, ringette, and baseball. Randy loved coaching kids in all sports. He drive the school bus for 45 years which included diving his kids through their school years. He retired from the family farm and moved to Swift Current in 2009 to be closer to his grandchildren. He enjoyed semi-retirement for four years before pursuing a career in the oilfield which was cut short due to illness.
