HEBB, Winnifred Marie “Winnie”, 85, of Windsor, formerly of Three Mile Plains, Hants Co., passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Haliburton Place, Windsor, with her family by her side. Born on June 13, 1929, in Three Mile Plains, Hants Co., she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Wilson) Dykens. Winnie is survived by her children, Vera (Ronald) Lawrence, Windsor; David, Mill Section; James (Peggy), Windsor; John (Rose), Nictaux; Lorna (Kevin) Chaisson, Scotch Village; Cathy Hebb, Windsor; Mary (John) Coffill, Ardoise; Jackie (Mike) Card, Windsor; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; sister, Dollie; brother, Raymond; several nieces and nephews. Winnie was predeceased by her husband of sixty six years, Charles; daughter, Donna Jean Hebb; daughter-in-law Elaine; sisters, Frances, Ruby, Vera and Betty; brothers, Kenneth, Lawrence, John, Robert, Earl and Daniel. Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2015, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. Funeral service was held 2 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2015 in Lindsay’s Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Henderson officiating. Interment was in the Ste. Croix Cemetery, St. Croix. Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia, or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
