THÉRIAULT, ROSE-MARIE "ROMY"
1954 - 2015
Rose-Marie “Romy” Thériault, 61, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Tuesday, April 7th, 2015, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in Tracadie, NB, she was the daughter of Anna (née: Lanteigne) and the late Ernest Cormier.
Mrs. Thériault had completed her Bachelor of Sociology from U de M. She had a passion for life, was an accomplished seamstress, enjoyed line dancing, was an avid reader and a believer of the spiritual journey.
Besides her mother, Anna, she is survived by her husband, Roger; one daughter, Catherine (Gilles) of Dieppe; two sons: Jean-Philippe (Michelle) of Maine and René-Luc (Lisa) of Ontario; four sisters: Mana of Moncton, Marie-Louise of Caraquet, Joanne (Paul) of Ontario and Bernice of Dieppe; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her father, she was predeceased by one sister, Rosemonde and also by one brother, Jean-Marie.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, NB (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm. A celebration of life will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, Dieppe, NB, on Friday, April 10th, 2015 at 4 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be appreciated.
A fundraiser and celebration of Rose-Marie’s life will be held Saturday April 11th, 2015 at the Moncton Dart Club.
