Passed peacefully away at Charles S. Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on the 20th day of March 2015, Mrs. Ethel Reid in her 84th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Ludwick Reid, Englee; daughters Doris (Clement) Randell, Englee, June Newhook, Labrador City, Patsy (Raymond) Cassell, Roddickton, Marilyn (Darrell) King, Labrador City, and Sybil Reid, Barrie, Ontario; son Edwin (Pastor Marjorie) Reid, Fort McMurray, Alberta; sister Ruby Randell, Englee; brothers Spurgeon (Marie) Randell, Englee, Claude (Jean) Randell, Englee, Beaton (Shirley) Randell, Corner Brook, and Boyce (Alma) Randell, Englee; 13 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of other family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Albert Thomas Randell and Florence Cassell. Visitation took place at the Apostolic Faith Church in Englee from where the funeral service was held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24 with Pastor George Burton officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
