John (Jack)
Dec. 6th, 1944 - April 13th, 2015. It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden passing of Jack Barrington of Quidi Vidi, age 70 years, on Monday April 13th, 2015. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Lillian, brother Greg and Roger and Christine's mother Sharon. Leaving to mourn with precious memories his son Roger; daughter Christine (Samantha); grandchildren Megan Brooklyn, Jade and Mya; sisters Mercedes (Tasker Hibbs) and Jeanette (Dan Miller); brothers Paul (Gladys), Frank (Rosemary) Walter (Patsy), Chic (Sharon), Vince Roxanne and Fabe; also leaving to mourn many special nieces, nephews, aunt Lorraine Miller and a large circle of relatives and close friends. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Center.
