McLAUGHLIN, DARRELL GORDON
The passing of Darrell Gordon McLaughlin occurred on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born in Fredericton, NB on July 25, 1934, he was the son of the late Clifford and Dorothy (Rice) McLaughlin of Barker’s Point, NB.
Darrell worked as a service technician at Sears for many years. He was an avid photographer and an animal lover. His many photo albums contain pictures of cats, dogs, squirrels, chipmunks and dear.
He is survived by his son, Stephen and family of Red Deer. AB; sister, June (Carl) Hay of Fredericton, NB; partner, Jackie Donovan; step-son, Kevin Donovan of Fredericton, NB; niece, Nancy Kitt of Harvey, NB; nephews, Ron Hay and Dave McLaughlin (Ellie) both of Fredericton, NB and Reggie Hay of British Columbia.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Ross (Marg) McLaughlin and nephew, Roger Hay of Ontario.
As per his request, there will be no funeral service. An interment will take place at a later date.
