MacNEILL, IRENE GERTRUDE
The passing of Irene Gertrude MacNeill of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Richard MacNeill, occurred Saturday, April 18, 2015 at her home. She was born on February 04, 1934 in Zionville, NB.
She worked as a short order cook for Joe's Diner. Irene was a member of the church women's group at Gibson Memorial United Church. She also enjoyed to plant flowers, square dance and to go shopping, but she especially love to spend time with her grandchildren.
Irene is survived by her daughter, Debbie MacNeill of Fredericton, NB; son, Dale MacNeill of Edmonton, AB; grandchildren, Becky Bonnar (Anthony) and Jennifer Scott (Joseph); great-grandchildren, Jordan, Savannah and Colby.
In addition to her husband, Irene was predeceased by her parents.
There will be no Visitation by request of the family. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, 302 Brookside Drive, on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2 pm with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating. Interment will take place at the Nashwaak Bridge Community Cemetery at a later date.
