passed away peacefully after a prolonged illness at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador on April 17, 2015. Mary was one of six children born to the late Samuel and Gladys Moore, and was the beloved wife of Kevin Costello for over 29 years. Mary will forever be remembered by her loving siblings Joseph (Margaret Moore) and Vivian (Francis Squires); and much-loved children, Paula, Ann (Thomas Buggey), Gerard (Faye), Stephen, John (Christina), Michael, Joseph (Sonya O'Reilly), and Jane; treasured grandchildren, Jennifer (Robert Tishaw), Andrea, Kathleen, Liam (Alison Diskin), Shawn, Michelle (Sean Bidlake), Kevin, Angela, Fiona, and Madeline; great grandchildren, Maverick, Shane, Savannah, and Elizabeth; caring sister-in-law Joan Costello; and, countless other family members and friends. Mary was predeceased by her siblings, Gerard, Maureen (Gerard Walsh), and an infant sister, Imelda; also in-laws, Wilfred and Mary, Thomas and Mary, and Gerald Costello. Special thanks to Michael and Jane for the kindness and patience with which they have lovingly tended mother for so many years. The heartfelt care they provided, with great dignity and quiet self-sacrifice, has been truly appreciated by all who loved Mary. We also wish to thank family members who visited and helped in so many ways. Mary was also blessed with professional, compassionate caregivers. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday from 2-4 pm, 6-9 pm and on Monday from 2-4 pm with cremation to follow. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Pius X Church, Smithville Crescent on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 9:30 am with a private inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted or donations in Mary's name may be made to the School Lunch Program at www.schoollunch.ca or Stella Burry Foundation at www.stellaburry.ca.
