Janet Cardiff (nee Waugh) RN slipped away from this world into eternity with her Lord on Monday, April 13,  2015 at the age of 78.
She was the daughter of the late Robert and Muriel (Simmons) Waugh.  Born in Lower Bedeque, P.E.I., she lived most of her years in Richmond, B.C., compassionately practicing Nursing, specializing in Labour and Delivery.
 She is lovingly remembered by her children, Tom (Millie), Muriel (Terry), Valerie (Peter) and by six grandchildren, Richmond, B.C.; by her brothers,  Willard (June) Waugh, Summerside, John Waugh, Nassau Bahamas, Rev. Harry (Shirley) Waugh, Hartland, N.B., and predeceased by twin sister, Georgie (Ralph) Mallett, Charlottetown.
Her kindnesses were many, her humour memorable, her hugs and baking legendary and her faith is what guided her each step of the way.
A celebration of her life will be held in Richmond, B.C., on April 25. Service and interment to take place at the Central Bedeque Baptist Church, June 13, 2015. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Lung Association of B.C. would be gladly accepted.
