It is with broken hearts and profound sadness, that we, the family of William 'Bill' Jessome, announce his sudden passing on April 20, 2015 in Windsor, Ont. He was 48.
Bill had resided in Windsor for the past 20 years, with his loving wife, Sheila, and his two beautiful children, Krista-Lee & Joshua. The last four years brought him much joy, as he was an adoring & very proud 'Papa' to Jacinda-Lee.
Born April 15, 1967 in North Sydney, Cape Breton to Richard & Delphine 'Del' Jessome, Bill was one of eight children.
He leaves behind the love of his life & wife for nearly 28 years, Sheila (nee MacNeil) of South Side Boulardarie, Cape Breton and their children Krista-Lee (Eric & daughter Jacinda-Lee) and Joshua. He is also survived by his mother, Delphine Jessome (nee Campbell) in Florence and the following siblings: Anne Marie LeBlanc (James) of Millville, Charles (Sandra) of Dalem Lake, Terrance of Halifax, Daniel of Edmonton, Alta., Thelma Carey (Blaise) of Ottawa, Ont. and Karri Lynn Jessome of Florence. He had numerous nieces & nephews and grand-nieces & nephews, who will miss their uncle dearly.
His passing reunites him in Heaven with his father, Richard, infant brother John, infant niece Crystal-Lee and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
Bill’s love of life, kind heart and infectious laugh will forever be remembered. His wishes were for family & friends not to mourn but to gather and celebrate the guy who always said “no one could be happier than me”. His other wish was also honoured, as cremation took place on Friday, April 24th in Windsor.
He was a Husband, a Father, a Papa, a Son, a Brother, an Uncle, a Cousin and a friend... to many.
