The death occurred suddenly on April 26, 2015 at the Riverview Manor, Montague, of Charles MacMaster, formerly of Primrose, in his 81st year.
Survived by cousin, Virginia Somers (Charlie); his children, Tammy Ann MacMaster McCorkle, George MacMaster Tellefsen (Beth), Freman MacMaster Hodakowski (Sherri), William MacMaster Hodakowski (Cindy), Patricia MacMaster Scibilia (Peter), and Margaret MacMaster Yetman; his grandchildren, Michael McCorkle, Katherine McCorkle, David McCorkle, Maggie McCorkle, James Tellefsen, Josh Hodakowski, Dillon Hodakowski, Donald Yetman, Dorothy David (Joseph), Walter Yetman, Mary Scibilia, and Rose Scibilia; his great-grandchildren, Lacey David, and Joseph David Jr., Kristopher Phelps, Lois, Tamara, Logan Guest, Aiden, Angelina, Amara McCorkle, James Tellefsen Jr. and London Tellefsen; his special friend, Lena Myers; his nephews, Michael Dunphy, Lawrence Dunphy, Kennedy Dunphy and EJ Rice; his nieces, Jean Carter, Virginia Gerlick and Charlena Conway.
Predeceased by his son, Patrick MacMaster Shepard and his parents Annie Farrell MacMaster and George MacMaster; by his brothers, Frances MacMaster, Joseph MacMaster and John (James) MacMaster; his sister, Mary Dunphy (Neil) and sister, Mary Rice (Angus).
Resting at the Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home until Saturday morning, then transferred to St. George's Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday 6-9 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. George's Catholic Church would be appreciated.
