It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend Roy LeMoine, age 74, of Upper North Sydney, on Friday, May 1, 2015, at his residence.
Roy was born in North Sydney, Aug. 12, 1940, he was a son of the late Cluett and Jennie (Johnston) LeMoine.
Roy was employed for a number of years with CN Express, later with Marine Atlantic and then as a school bus driver until his retirement. Roy loved being in the outdoors and spending time in his garage fixing things.
Roy is survived by his wife of 50 years, Arthena (Collier) LeMoine, his daughter Alana LeMoine (John), Sydney, his brother Adam LeMoine, North Sydney, sister-in-law Barbara LeMoine, North Sydney and a number of nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Hudson and his sisters Ruth, Irene, Yvonne and Mabel.
There will be no visitation or funeral service by request. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of the W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, North Sydney.
